Delete your Kennect account

You can ask for your account to be deleted here, without the app. We email a link to the address on the account. Opening it and confirming starts 30 days of waiting, and you can cancel any time before it ends.

Enter the email address of the account you want to delete.

What happens

Right away, nothing is deleted. Your account keeps working.
During the 30 days, you can sign in and cancel. In the app or on the website, open Settings, then Your data, then Delete account.
When it ends, your account and what you made on it are deleted. Right now the last step is run by hand by Kennect, so it can take a little longer than the date we give you.
What we may keep. If we are required by law to keep something, we keep only that, and say so.
