What happens right after I sign up?
Kennect asks a few setup questions, one per screen — including whether your profile is public or private. If you leave partway through, the next question waits for you, even on another device.
Can I make my profile private?
Yes. You choose during setup, and you can switch back at any time. A private profile hides your posts and activity from others — and hides other people's private content from you in return.
What's the difference between following and kennecting?
Following is one-way — you follow someone and see their posts right away, no agreement needed. A kennection is mutual, like being friends: it needs both people to accept.
How do I report something?
Press 'Report' on the post, comment, message or profile. Pick a reason and send it. A person at Kennect reviews every report, and the person you reported is never told who filed it.
What does blocking someone do?
Blocking cuts off contact in both directions — neither of you can find, message or see the other, and neither of you is told. You can unblock at any time from their page or from Settings.
How do gifts and K-Coins work?
You send someone a gift paid for with K-Coins, from their page, a post, a message or a Kennect Live room. Before you send it, the screen shows the share the creator keeps — Kennect sets that share and shows it live.
How do I get a badge?
Some badges you select yourself when you're eligible; most come automatically as you use Kennect. Badges lists everything you've earned and your progress toward the rest.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Settings → Download your data prepares a file with your profile, posts, comments, messages you sent, and who you follow and who follows you.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete your account. Nothing is deleted immediately — there's a waiting period during which your account still works normally and you can cancel the deletion.
Can I see every device I'm signed in on?
Yes — Settings → Devices lists every session on your account with a rough device name and when it was last active, and lets you sign out any one of them.
What is Migo?
Migo is Kennect's AI help assistant — an AI, not a person, and always labeled as one. It explains how Kennect works and points you to the right screen. It can't change settings, send messages, or act on your account for you.
